The goal is for the group to become a team, to discover new facets and ways of working together; to establish a team in an environment where everyone starts out at zero, as equals, i.e., no one knows how to do this. The end result is a sumptuous meal for everyone's enjoyment, the fulfillment of a new and challenging task completed, and a chance to evaluate the meal, the process and the learning that has taken place. At its best, this experience can affect and improve the daily work of the team. It depends on the group to take all that it can from this learning environment.

Option 2: Karting Teambuilding
Upon arrival, individuals will sign in and be assigned their gear (helmet, neck roll, gloves and suit/jacket). The group is greeted and introduced to our staff and the program for the event. Teams will be determined/announced in the drivers’ meeting, and teams will draw for their kart. Teams will practice and qualify for about 30 minutes, with each team’s fastest lap determining grid position. Teams will push their kart out to the starting
grid, and the starting driver will participate in a traditional Le Mans Start for the endurance race. The length of race is determined by your time allowance in combination with daylight and track hours of operation. Teams will be in charge of their own strategy of signaling their driver to the pits, the length of each driving stint, the way in which they exit/enter the kart, etc. Each driver of the top three teams will receive medals.
Day4 Full day visit of Petra- the Rose-red City carved in living rock. Guests will be invited for lunch by the Bedouins. Evening – Farewell gala dinner.
Day5 Transfer departure Amman airport.

4days-3nights For Incentives
Feel the romance of the Arabian desert at Wadi Rum. Let the fabled T.E. Lawrence come alive, whether through memories stirred from the screen version of from the pages of history and the actual exploits of the legendary British officer. Wadi Rum is like a moon scape of ancient valleys and towering weathered sandstone mountains rising out of the white and pink colored sands. Much of David Lean's "Lawrence of Arabia" was filmed there and it was also the location where T.E. Lawrence himself was based during the Arab Revolt. See the desert police, located at the entrance to Wadi Rum, where the police are not mounted on horse or jeep, but on camels-ships of the desert. The hospitality and friendly desert people are settled around the Fort and in scattered nomadic camps throughout the area. You may be invited to share mint tea or cardamom coffee in their black tents, perhaps sitting by the fire under a starry desert sky-it is an experience you will never forget.

Proposed itinerary/
Day1 Arrival Amman airport, meet & greet, assist with luggage, "arrival kit" (welcome letter, room key, map and useful brochures), roses for ladies, pins for gentlemen i.e. "colored Jordan flag or map", drive to hotel. Traditional sword dance welcoming the guests at hotel entrance, welcome drink served with English cookies. Luggage sent to rooms. Evening- welcome gala dinner.
Day2 Short sightseeing of Amman then drive to Petra, lunch then proceed to Wadi Rum. Arrival the campsite. Rugs lay around the fire pit. Camping in the Wadi is an ideal experience. Just put everything out of your overloaded brains and simply listen to your own breathing. It set the perfect mood for time out in Wadi Rum. Get into your simple traditional goat hair tents to leave modern life behind. The harshness of desert life is the basis of Bedouin hospitality. Tea with mint of cardamom, Arabic coffee are served while traditional Bedouin music is played. The soulful pitch of the shabbaba (a long flute like instrument) matches the dance of the bonfire coordinated with the rababa (a type of one string violin). The night is spent around the campfire under the astonishingly clear skies, laden with the millions of brilliant stars which make the desert night the most splendid of all.
The highlight of the evening is "the zaarp" or Bedouin oven, an underground stone oven. The fire long ago started is made into embers and a lamb prepared is buried for hours. Chicken will be also served, together with various vegetables and local dishes.
Traditionally Bedouins eat with hands, why not making it an experience and try eating with your hands in this specific and unforgettable Bedouin night!
Entered your goat palace by candlelight and sleep.

Day3 Traditional breakfast will be served. Thoab & headgear will be offered as gift; Thoab is a long hooded robe that provides loose cover and can protect from harsh sun and blowing sand, while the headgear is made of the Shmagh-cloth and agal-rope is the gear associated with the Middle East, and it has special meaning for the Bedouin, both for symbolism and adaptability. Wearing it is indicative of the ability to uphold responsibilities of manhood!
You will explore the desert valleys and canyons, rarely explored since the dawning of time. Return back to Amman for dinner overnight.
Day4 Transfer departure Amman airport.
